NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is the single entrance exam for MBBS, BDS and Ayurveda admissions across India. NEET is conducted by NTA once a year. The exam has 200 questions (180 to be attempted) from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Total marks 720. For MBBS in government medical college, you need 550+ marks. Key preparation tips: Master NCERT Biology thoroughly as 95% of Biology questions are directly from NCERT. For Physics and Chemistry, practice numerical problems daily. Solve previous year papers and AIIMS papers for better practice.
